Processing time

The processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. Seller is not responsible for unexpected delays beyond their control.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping options

UNTRACKED Lettermail Shipping: This option is only available for flat items. All orders will be shipped with stamp(s), and there is no tracking available.

Tracked Shipping: All orders will be shipped with a shipping label and tracking will be provided.

Returns and exchanges

Seller does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact me. The Aesthetics Studio is unable to refund or replace lost orders shipped with untracked shipping.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are packaged with eco-friendly materials (envelopes/mailers + cellophane bags) or recycled materials.

How is my package shipped?

You can choose UNTRACKED Lettermail Shipping or Tracked Shipping at checkout. Prices vary based on location and other factors.

How do I take care of weatherproof stickers?

My stickers are not dishwasher safe, please gently rinse the sticker in cool water if needed and gently pat to dry or allow it to air dry. Please do not rub the sticker while it is wet or the ink may bleed. These stickers are not scratch-proof.

Do you ship to the UK?
